Delivery Schedule & Charges
We process your order as soon as it is received and aim to despatch your goods within 1-3 business days. We strive to maintain a healthly inventory of stock at all times and are usually able to provide a quick turnaround if you are looking to source items immediately. We do ask that customers give us as much advance notice as possible around peak times such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas. Since most of our products made by us, there is an extra element of time involved in all stages of our production and we also want to provide you with items which are freshly made.

Our standard carriage rate for mainland UK is £10.99 plus VAT with orders over £400 (exclusive of VAT) qualifying for free shipping. This standard carriage rate allows for weight up to 25 KG.  Delivery to Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands will be £19.99 plus VAT for weight up to 25 KG. Any orders over this weight will be calculated as required.  We do routinely ship our products to the rest of the EU and beyond.  Please enquire for shipping costs. 

Tax Charges
VAT is currently charged at 20% on all orders (effective from January 4, 2011). Retail prices on our retail website are inclusive of VAT. Wholesale prices on our wholesale website are exclusive of VAT.

Guarantee & Returns Policy
We guarantee that you will be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied, simply contact us and we will replace or refund your purchase. We abide by "The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000" which can be found at
